Owned, loved and lived in by the family. Pencarrow is a Georgian house with Grade II* listed gardens.
Enjoy a guided tour with a difference and step back into the past with stories of the Molesworths past and present! We have a superb collection of portraits, furniture and porcelain.
You’ll find walks through 50 acres of beautiful formal and woodland gardens, a Victorian rockery, Italian garden, many different varieties of rhododendrons, a lake, Iron Age hill fort and icehouse.
Pencarrow has a café, gift shop, plants for sale and childrens playground. Dogs welcome in the gardens and can have a run off the lead in the woods. We also offer weddings.

Opening Times
House, Café and Shop: Open every day except Saturdays until 30th October
Gardens: Open every day until 31st October, 10.00am – 5.00pm
Guided House Tours
Guided tours of the house are available during the general opening season (every day except Saturdays, until 30th October). Tours depart at 11.15am and then every 45 minutes, with the last tour at 3.00pm. Each tour lasts approximately one hour.
