The only privately owned historic house open to the public in the Channel Islands that has holiday apartments available, you can stay in one of two apartments in the seat of the Seigneurs de Sausmarez since 1204.
The holiday accommodation is set in twenty acres of farmland and gardens, which house a delightful and difficult pitch and putt course, a subtropical garden, and one of the most established and varied sculpture parks in Britain – the headquarters of ArtParks International, the worldwide website for sculpture from around the world.
The Dower Apartment is on the ground floor of the Manor and consists of one double bedroom and one small single bedroom, a hall and passageway, bathroom, living room with views over the lake and tea garden and includes dining area and kitchen.
The Top Apartment is on the top floor of the Manor at the back of the house (with beautiful views over the gardens, lake and paddocks) and consists of one double bedroom and a living room with TV, bathroom and kitchen/dining area.
The ground floor apartment will take a couple and one person, and the top floor apartment will take a couple.
