Browsholme Hall has been the ancestral home of the Parkers, Bowbearers of the Forest of Bowland since Tudor times.
Today it is still the family’s home and Robert and Amanda Parker invite visitors to enjoy its magnificent architecture, fabulous interiors, antique furnishings and lovely gardens.
Visitors will not only view the remarkable antiquarian collection, but gain the genuine atmosphere of an historic family home. Superb oak chests, Gillow furniture, portraits, porcelain, civil war arms and many unique relics including mementoes of Bonnie Prince Charlie and even a fragment of a Zeppelin reflect the continuous occupation by the Parkers for over 500 years.

Opening Times
Guided Tours
Guided tours of Browsholme Hall recommence on Wednesday 29th April and continue throughout the season. Tours are available:
- Every Wednesday until 30th September
- Every Tuesday throughout August
- Bank Holiday Mondays: 25th May and 31st August
Two guided tours are offered each day at 11:00am and 1:30pm.
Gardens
The gardens are open during the same times as the Hall: every Wednesday until 30th September, every Tuesday throughout August, and on Bank Holiday Mondays (25th May and 31st August).
Historic Houses members visit for free except during Christmas opening.

Booked parties and groups are welcome at other times by prior arrangement, including the ‘special week’ before Christmas when the Hall is decorated in style for the family.
