Accommodation at Somerleyton Hall
Somerleyton can either be hired as a whole, sleeping 22 people, or by room, as part of our ‘Chambres et Champagne’. This is when we turn the house over to an upscaled B&B open to all in the manner of a charming small hotel. We love doing this as it brings together heritage and food loving folk to one of the country’s finest Italianate Victorian masterpieces.
During your stay we can offer private historical tours and lectures, gardening workshops, horse riding, open water swimming re-wilding safaris and guided walks or for those wanting exercise the mind rather than the body – you can slump in the library and as the motto over the fireplace suggests – live to learn – learn to live!
