Pennard House is a family-run Manor House surrounded by 4 acres of gardens. The central Jacobean part of the house was built between 1600 and 1620, with the large central hall, kitchen and central bedrooms comprising the heart of the house.
In 1815 the East and West wings were added to the house, creating a number of grand reception rooms, the dining room and several further spacious bedrooms. At the same time the gardens were increased to comprise extensive lawns, a rose garden and a number of spring fed freshwater lakes. The 18th century Coach House has been renovated to provide a modern event space with reception area, dining space and bar, with original features kept including stable stalls, cobbled floors and oak beams.
