Kinross House has hosted some sensational events over the years, everything from the smallest of meetings which require complete privacy and security, to large-scale product launches using the flexible estate grounds to provide the perfect backdrop. Exclusive corporate incentive trips are what we do best – from helicopter trips around the Scottish island whisky distilleries to world class bands to boat trips to dinners prepared by Michelin-starred Chefs to barbeques to visits out to our private island for drinks before dinner!
Given our accessible central Scotland location, the estate also provides the perfect venue for car launches, fashion shows, film launches, as a filming location, the list goes on… We will assist you at every stage of the planning process to pull all your arrangements together in order to ensure a fabulously successful event.

Accommodation at Kinross House
Kinross House is a luxury Scottish retreat. After a long day, guests can retreat to their luxurious, exquisitely designed bedrooms to soak up the warmth, comfort and beauty that is Kinross House Estate. Four posters to king size beds to cosy doubles, with each bedroom offering unique views of the beautifully landscaped grounds, gardens and loch.
The estate offers a total of 24 double bedrooms accommodating up to 48 guests. The main house has 14 feature ensuite bedrooms and The Coach House provides a further 10 individually designed ensuite bedrooms.
Each room is named after an aspect of the history, character or location of the estate. All the bedrooms are luxuriously comfortable, featuring distinctive furnishings and period furniture, yet often with contemporary touches including fabulous bathrooms with distinctive powerful showers and all uniquely designed.
Please note that the estate can be hired on an exclusive use basis only, by hiring Kinross House, The Coach House, or both. It is not possible to reserve individual bedrooms.
