Whether you are looking for photoshoot backdrops, commercial or film sets, Borde Hill with its rich plant heritage, panoramic views and atmospheric buildings offers a broad canvas of inspirational locations.

Our 16th century Elizabethan mansion has period rooms dating up to the Edwardian age and has been featured in films and TV, as well as used for radio recordings and product launches.

The 383 acres of protected Parkland and Woodland offer an atmospheric backdrop with stunning vistas whatever time of year.

Our Victorian Glasshouse is also available for photoshoots – located within the Garden, it’s home to a collection of cacti and southern hemisphere plants and retains its original wrought iron features.

All the money we make from location fees goes back into the Garden to safeguard our nationally important plant collection for generations to come.

Corporate Hire

We welcome conferences, meetings and corporate events. Our 16th century Elizabethan mansion has period rooms dating up to the Edwardian age and provides a unique setting for board meetings, conferences and private client entertaining.

After your work ends, make use of our Trophy Room for a seated dinner (theatre or cabaret style) for up to 70 people, or opt for something a little more intimate in our stunning Dining Room which comfortably accommodates 20 guests.
Our wonderfully decorated marquee can be privately hired and can accommodate up to 80 people. Instead of a break out room, your clients or team can enjoy getting out into the fresh air and exploring the Garden, to reawaken the senses and promote wellbeing.
