Steeped in over 900 years of history, Ashby Manor House provides an extraordinary setting for couples seeking a wedding that is both elegant and deeply personal.
Available for exclusive use, the house and gardens become your home for the duration of your celebration, allowing family and friends to gather, relax and create lasting memories together. With accommodation for up to 20 guests, beautifully restored formal gardens and a choice of historic spaces for ceremonies and celebrations, every wedding is thoughtfully tailored to reflect the couple’s vision.
Whether exchanging vows within the house, in the gardens designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, or in the neighbouring medieval Church of St Leodegarius, every celebration is enriched by the remarkable history and character of the estate. Larger receptions are beautifully accommodated within a marquee in the grounds, allowing the house and gardens to remain at the heart of the occasion.
We host only a small number of weddings each year, ensuring every couple enjoys our complete attention and the privacy of a genuine family home. From the flowers gathered from our restored walled garden to the careful preparation of every room by our dedicated housekeeping team, each wedding is approached with warmth, care and meticulous attention to detail.
Rather than simply hiring a venue, couples are invited to become part of Ashby Manor House’s continuing story—a place where history, family and celebration have come together for centuries.
