From the Margins Exhibition coming to Chawton House

Things to see and do

Don’t Miss Rachel Hudson’s Exhibition, From The Margins

Chawton House in Alton, Hampshire

Inspired by the natural environment of the local area, Rachel Hudson’s exhibition From The Margins will transfer to Chawton House for the month of September.

From barn owls and brown hares, to harvest mice and hairstreak butterflies, this stunning visual display will take visitors on a journey of discovery to meet iconic farmland species that live in the South Downs. Rachel Hudson’s beautiful artwork champions species we are sadly in danger of losing and shows how the restoration of field margins- from hedgerows to wildflower strips- is making a positive difference.

From The Margins will be on display between 2 September and 30 September and is included in the admission ticket to Chawton House.
