Upton Wold is known as the hidden garden of the Cotswolds.

Set in a beautiful Cotswold landscape, this hidden private garden has been created over thirty years, originally with the help of landscape architects Hal Moggridge and the late Brenda Colvin.

Upton Wold Garden has an exceptional collection of trees, shrubs and plants, and also holds a National Collection of Juglans (Walnut) and of Pterocarya.

A garden of interest for any plantsman.

Opening Times

Snowdrop walking daily 10-4, from 10 February-3 March 2024, £5 per person.

Garden open 27 March-30 August 2024 without appointment on Wednesdays, 10-5, and on other weekdays by appointment for groups of six or more.

Admission

£15 per person, garden only.

Historic Houses members visit for free when showing card.

No pre-booked time slot necessary on Wednesdays.

Group Visits

Entry for 2023 is £15.00 and groups are most welcome. There is plenty of free parking.

Refreshments and light summer lunches are also available by arrangement.
