Newliston is one of Robert Adam’s last and smallest country houses with an 18th-century designed landscape including rhododendrons, azaleas and water features.
An inventory of chattels not on public display can be inspected and such chattels can be viewed by request when the house is open to the public.
Opening Times
Newliston House & Grounds will be open to the public from 6th May to 7th June 2026. During this period, the house and grounds are accessible on Wednesdays through Sundays, from 2pm to 6pm.
Please note: As Newliston is currently for sale, opening times may be subject to change. We recommend checking before your visit.
Chattels Viewing
Chattels viewing is available by request during the public opening period (6th May to 7th June 2026, Wednesdays–Sundays, 2pm–6pm).
