The Society has limited accessible parking. If you require parking for your visit, please contact us beforehand so we may try to accommodate your needs. The main floor of the museum is accessible, however, the lower rooms are down a small flight of stairs with no alternative access at this time. Assistance dogs are welcome in the museum. Accessible toilets available on the ground floor. Carers get in free.
We are happy to host your event or workshop at Kelmscott House. The Society’s rooms make a wonderful backdrop to teacher inset days, museum staff training, book launches, meetings, art classes, film or photoshoots and more.
We have two rooms available: the Coach House, whose seated capacity is 40, and the Lower Library, whose seated capacity is 20 (or use as a tea/coffee/lunch space). For standing events, we can accommodate a larger group using both rooms (extra fees apply). We can offer catering and A/V equipment upon request (fees may apply).
