Located in the peaceful surroundings of the Herefordshire countryside and sitting at the foot of the beautiful and historic Malvern Hills, Eastnor Castle sits in 100 acres of grounds and is surrounded by a 5,000 acre estate.
See the magnificent State rooms as you are immersed in the fascinating world of Eastnor and its family.
In the grounds you will find an arboretum containing the finest collection of Cedars in Britain with tree trails and rope swings. There are several play areas and an established yew maze which was planted in 1994.
Eastnor Castle fulfils other roles as an exclusive-use wedding venue, corporate team building venue, and private party venue, as well as a venue for product launches and location filming.
Dogs are very welcome, both inside the house and around the grounds.

Eastnor Castle is open on selected dates from Sunday 29th March to Monday 28th September 2026. The castle operates seasonally during this period, with varying opening patterns throughout the months.

- 29th March to 9th April: Open daily (Easter Treasure Hunt period)
- 3rd to 4th May: Open (Eastnor ChilliFest)
- 24th to 25th May: Open (Eastnor Steam & Vintage)
- 26th to 28th May: Open Tuesday to Thursday (Pirates of Eastnor)
- 31st May to 13th July: Open Sunday & Monday (excluding Monday 15th June)
- 19th July to 27th August: Open Sunday to Thursday
- 30th to 31st August: Open (August Bank Holiday)
- 6th to 28th September: Open Sunday & Monday
Facility Opening Times
Grounds (Play Areas & Arboretum): 10.30am to 5.30pm on all open days. Last admission 3.00pm.
Knight's Maze & Junior Obstacle Course: 10.30am to 5.00pm on all open days. Last admission 4.00pm.
Little Land Rovers: 11.00am to 3.30pm on all castle open days.
Castle (State Rooms & Bedrooms) – Self-Guided Tour: 11.30am to 4.00pm on all castle open days. Last admission 3.30pm.

Additional Attractions
Berlin Wall Segment at Eastnor Deer Park: Installed in December 2025 with an official unveiling ceremony on 22nd April 2026. The segment is accessible whenever the Deer Park is open.
Eastnor Obelisk: Accessible whenever the Deer Park is open, subject to Deer Park closure dates.
Historic Houses members visit for free (not valid for Eastnor ChilliFest)
Historic House members no longer need to book tickets to visit Eastnor Castle – simply arrive at the Visitor Entrance with your Historic Houses membership card (either physically or displayed in the Historic Houses app), which we will validate in order to offer you free admission.
Please kindly note that we are unable to admit any Historic House members who do not present a valid membership card on arrival.

Group tours, school groups and coach tours are most welcome at Eastnor Castle.
See the magnificent State rooms and luxurious bedrooms as you are immersed in the fascinating world of Eastnor and its family. You will enjoy the stunning Drawing Room, decorated to the designs of AW Pugin, the fascinating Long Library and imagine relaxing over billiards in the Little Library. Your tour will take you around a selection of Eastnor’s luxurious and award winning bedrooms.
Eastnor Castle offers pre-booked tours of the castle with their experienced guides.
We very much welcome schools to Eastnor Castle and are committed to providing visiting schools and educational groups with an engaging learning experience, allowing visiting children to explore the castle and grounds in a relaxed and exciting way.
We have recently been awarded a Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge.
All tours of Eastnor Castle are tailored entirely to the visiting groups requirements, allowing group leaders to build into a tour subjects and themes which complement their classroom study.

Eastnor Castle has easy access to junction 2 of the M50 and nearby M5 junction 8. There is a mainline train station, Ledbury, just 3 miles away.
A taxi will need to be pre booked to take you from the station to the castle.
