An 18th/19th century country house, set in eight acres of garden, including herbaceous borders, an old-fashioned rose circle, a Mediterranean grey border, rare trees, follies designed by Peter Foster, closely-mown lawns, a river and a five-acre lake.
Tour of the ground floor of the house led by a family member whenever possible, and a tour of the garden led by the head gardener.

A delightful tour by the owners of the rooms downstairs in their family home, and an amazing tour with Gavin, the gardener, in the stunning grounds. The tea on the patio overlooking the lake was lovely too.

Tea/coffee and cake
Access for visitors using wheelchairs or walking aids. Tour includes ground floor only and the garden is flat with grass paths.
No dogs, no photography in the house.
