Easter Bunnies, Spring Lambs, Plant Fairs and a Jazz Garden Party at Cholmondeley
Cholmondeley Castle Gardens have a great range of events happening this spring!
On Easter Sunday, visitors can join an Easter bunny hunt in the spring gardens, and then head over to the cafe to say hello to the new lambs.
Note that this event is free for Cholmondeley Members and Members of Historic Houses, but only pre-booked tickets guarantee an Easter prize.
Those who are looking to get crafty can join an Easter bonnet workshop on 12 April, and plant lovers can enjoy reduced entry to the plant fair and gardens on 24 April.
Looking ahead to the Bank Holiday Monday on 2nd May, you can visit the Castle Gardens for a jazz filled Garden Party! The 9 piece action-packed jazz band Brass Monkees will be playing songs from all eras including music from Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Elvis Presley, Marvin Gaye and more. Pitch your picnic blanket in the perfect spot to hear the band whilst enjoying treats from Pimms and strawberries and cream stands.
Cholmondeley Castle Gardens offers free entry to Historic Houses members, but members should note that special events typically carry additional charges. Be sure to check Cholmondeley’s website for full details before making a journey.
