The Christmas season at Haddon Hall is a truly magical time of year, where one of the country’s most elegant stately homes comes alive with magnificent decorations, festive music, enchanting Candlelit Tours and much more.
This year will see Haddon Hall introduce Experience Christmas. Throughout December, guests can immerse themselves in festive crafts, be inspired by creative demonstrations and take part in the Long Gallery’s Christmas card design. Every day, Haddon will offer a different creative workshop for visitors to try their hand at, from wreath making to bauble design, candle making and many more.
Each room throughout the hall will be dressed with traditionally-styled festive decor, providing strong links and an insight to its fascinating 900-year history, with information on how Christmas has been celebrated through the centuries at Haddon. Music has a big role to play during the festive season, with performances from local singers and musicians held in front of the great fire within the Banqueting Hall every day. Performances are held twice a day, at 12pm and 2pm, allowing visitors to enjoy lunch or tea at Haddon’s restaurant before or after.
Please note; General Admission charges apply for Historic House members during our Christmas Season. Please visit our website for further information.
