The Victorian mansion sits in some 90 acres of grounds including pleasure gardens, woodlands and flower meadows.
It is still very much a family home which is shared where possible for the enjoyment of neighbours and local community organisations. Although the house itself is not open for public viewing, the pleasure gardens and grounds have been enjoyed on many occasions during the past decade as the host venue for charitable events and garden openings.
Following a change of ownership at Fairlight Hall in 2002, the grade II-listed manor house has undergone significant modernisation and renovation.
