One of the finest Arts and Crafts houses in Britain, built by E.S. Prior for Percy Lloyd, 1903-5.
Voewood was restored by rare books dealer Simon Finch over six years to fulfil his loves of architecture, art and books. The estate has seventeen bedrooms and lots of action in a building that ‘responds well to events.’
Tours that are scheduled will be listed below. If none are scheduled yet, please check back later, or find other tours you might enjoy on our tours listing page here.
The tour covers all the rooms, including the seventeen bedrooms, and the garden.

Unfortunately there is no any disabled access. The only way in to the house is up 13 steps into the entrance hall and as the house is on 3 storeys there are lots of stairs to navigate.
No photography in the house.
By far the most interesting building in this part of Norfolk... a violently idiosyncratic house reminiscent of Gaudi.
