We had a brilliant private tour of Mount Stuart by a lovely and very knowledgeable guide Mary. She seemed to know everything about every part of the house, and was very friendly. The private tour was great for seeing the house on our own and getting to ask any questions. The house is beautiful, and even though we were short on time so couldn’t spend longer in the gardens, it’s clear you could happily spend all day wandering around. Definitely worth a visit.
