Romantic house full of character, history and beauty. Many bedrooms in the main house have four-poster beds. The renovated annexe has four further bedrooms at ground level a few feet from the house. Wheelchair access and pets relevant to annexe only.

THE KING’S ROOM

The King’s Room – The largest room of the house is situated at the top of the Victorian Gothic West Wing. The room has a spectacular, 30ft, vaulted ceiling & a bespoke 8’6” by 6’6” four poster bed which has to have custom made bedding. Stunning windows overlook the secret garden and beyond. The en-suite bathroom boasts an exquisite free-standing copper Bateau bath and spacious shower with views across our sweeping lawns towards the park.

LADY SLADE’S ROOM

Lady Slade’s Room – The bedroom of Lady Slade is a beautifully decorated room with an outstanding dressing table and most attractive four-poster double bed. This room overlooks the front lawn and cute miniature Shetland Ponies.

THE TUDOR ROOM

A lovely panelled chintz covered room with elegant four-poster bed and spacious en-suite Tudor bathroom which houses an impressive coffin bath.
