A magnificent, gothic, turreted mansion with a rich history dating back to the 1700s.
The Hall is situated in ten acres of grounds, which in turn, are set in 60 acres of Grade II* Repton parkland. There are specimen trees including sequoias and cedars, a Japanese Garden and a ruined Clocktower.
Abandoned for decades, and recently purchased by a group of friends. Join them on their restoration journey.
Tour includes the East Wing, Clocktower, and grounds, including the Japanese Garden.

ACCESS NOTES
Wheelchairs and walking aids on ground floor only. Garden is sloped and there are steps into the Japanese Garden, although we hope to rediscover a step-free path into the Japanese Garden in the future.

The house was magical and it was good to see all the work you have done and to hear of your plans for the future. Definitely one of the best HHA house tours we have done. Very much looking forward to visiting again and seeing all your progress.
The tour of the house was really illuminating. We have nothing but admiration for your enthusiasm and dedication in restoring the property, and look forward to seeing how it progresses in the future. With regard to the food provided my comments are that you have undersold yourselves. We did not expect a lunch of such quality, and even less of tea and cake after the tour.
We both thought that what you have achieved in under 18 months is incredible. It was so good to learn more about the Hall's history, and your experiences to date. It truly is a stunning building - keep going and please don't let the naysayers get you down. What a story you will have to tell.
